Packing Machine

In our proyect we are going to use some leds to indicate when the machine is been used, for example when the first cylinder leave a green lamp or led will turn on and the machine will work but if the machine for any cause stops, a red lamp will turn on to indicate that the machine has a problem with the production.
The red lamp will be turned on when de machine don't work too, because it's a way to warn that the machine isn't working yet.

Another element that we are going to use is a electrovalve, this element let us manage the control, it means, our machine fill some bottles by means of hose and the electrovalve will indicate when start and when finish. 

These both elements are very importan for our machine because let all the operation for the production.

Introduccion

Our project  aula will be the donut machine  and we will use some materials like stainless steal or plastic and this machine will be a donuts but the machine will be automated and the pieces we made in Solid Works and the automated will be with sistem electric hydropneumatic.
We think that the project can help to spend the time in a good project because this project will help us to gain money and maybe we can used it to do a little company

This project was inspirated because the team love the donuts and we think that this project will have a great future because we can use or sell that machine and we can use the different subject and we will practice ours knowledge in the subjects, and the team was cover with the characteristic each person has
Finally I think that the subjects in the school we can use but now I think that the Solid Works help us because in this class we can imagine the body of machine

In the first of semester, every began only concepts but now we can do the differents circuits and the specificacionts that it needs

Extrusion Machine based on Plastic Bottles

Introduction

This project starts on this semester, and the machine was a really big challenge for us, because this was totally a new project in the school and in other places this machines doesn't have a complete automation.

3D Printer Filaments

Us project is an Extrusion Plastic Machine based on Plastic Bottles, and with this machine we'll create a plastic filament for 3D Printers with recycled materials.
This filament will have 2 sizes, 1.75mm and 3mm, this sizes depends of the specifications of the 3D Printers.

The principal objective to this machine is to help the enviroment recycling plastic and turn into a filament and the plastic will have a new live. And the other objective of this machine is to sell a very cheap filament but with a good quality.

Features of the Machine

The beginning of the project and the most difficult challenge was to create an efficient and durable machine with the correct selection of the material, because the machine needs a very resistant material to do big efforts without any problem.

The principal material for the machine was carbon steel, because this is a very resistent material and it's perfect for the machine. Other parts of the machine will be manufactured with Aluminium, Cold Rolled Steel and a special steel for high temperatures (270 °C).

The machine will have 3 electronic control to do 3 different actions:

• Trituration of the plastic
• Melting the plastic
• Extrusion the plastic.

For this, we need push bottons, motors, a heater, and other electronic things.

The machine will works with 120V and any person can operate this machine on his house.
The programme of the machine also was a important thing, because this part of the machine will decide the ease to operate them. The machine will be controled with a microprocessor.

Conclusions

On the next semester, we'll start manufacturing all the parts of the machine and we'll assemble the electric system.
All the team are really excited because this is a difficult but cool project for us and we want to see the machine assembled and working.

Case of the Machine

Fernanda woke up early and remembered that was her Mom's Birthday, so, she had to buy some gift and called her sister and both together went at Cosmopol.
They were watching in some shops but the didn't find anything yet. While they tougth what they should buy Fernanda's phone rang, was her uncle, he asked for her mother and he has an idea about do a party, they said that it was a good idea so they came in a dress shop and both wathed a bautiful red dress and they decided buy it. Then they went to El globo and bought a cake.
When they came back to their house all things was rigth but they had forgotten what time her mum come back to her job and all the people that were in the house, had to wait about 2 hours.
When their mom arrived all jumped together and said "Happy Birthday". She shouted and then she laugh. Those day was amazing.

The Brian´s Day

The worst  Brian´s Day in his life

He got up very late because a day before he had playedvideogames on the computer all night. He forgot that he had Math exam.

First he came very late at chemestry class then he remembered that he forgot his project on the bus, becausehe talked with his best friend and he remembered that the day was the last day for give his homework. It was that day. After that his girlfriend broke up with him because she loved another person and he was very sad. When he remembered that the math exam was in the next hourand he    
didn´t know a void. When the exam began he tried to cheat but he couldn´t cheat to exam because the teacher was looking his eyes and his movements and he failed his  Math exam

Then he took the bus but he was sleeping a one person stole his phone. When he want to called to his mother, he didn´t find his phone. After that he slid in the street because it was raining and he broke his arm and finally he went to hospital and he curse that day

The Bryan´s worst day

Bryan´s afternoon was terrible. He was destroyed and very sad.
At the beginning, he forgot to do his English homework and he lost the point of the laboratory work.

After that, he was walking to his house, when Kevin pushed he and stole his money, his mobile phone and his MP3 player. He was very sad because he lost all the progress of Pokemon Go.
But the worst part happend, Bryan could not believe what he saw.
When he arrived to his house, he saw a terrble thing, his girlfriend, Brittany, was murdered.

At the end, Bryan called the police. His friend Poncho helped in the investigation.
At the moment, the police don´t have an answer to who killed Brittany.

The police could have the murder of Brittany was her ex boyfriend, because they broke up recently and he was very vindictive.

I decided to créate because I think that It is very funny because in the photo the actor express that he is fine when the true is different and I compárate when your mother cuestión you for your califications or semester and you say: I am fine and I have good grades but the true is different
